摘要 以某乘用车型为研究对象,研究了电动助力管柱中蜗杆联轴器噪音,通过6西格玛方法论建立分析模型,利用交换实验和噪音测试找到噪音源并验证噪音源;针对噪音发生原理,建立失效树;通过不同状态零件对比验证找到根本原因及改善措施;针对改善措施进行试验分析验证,最终使问题得到根本性解决并得到整车售后市场验证。 Taking a passenger vehicle as the research object,this paper studies the noise of the worm coupling in the electric power column.The analysis model is established by using six sigma methodology,and the noise source is found and verified by swap test and noise test.According to the principle of noise occurrence,the failure tree is established.Find the root cause and improvement solution by comparing and verifying parts in different states;The improvement solution were tested,analyzed and verified,and finally the problems were fundamentally solved and verified by the vehicle after-sales market.
