摘要
湿式离合器是国内大马力动力换挡拖拉机变速箱中最主要的换挡部件,其可靠性是拖拉机变速箱产品性能的重要指标。湿式离合器毂连接主动元件和被动元件,承载主传动轴大扭矩传递和瞬间扭矩冲击等多种复杂工况,其可靠性对于拖拉机变速箱至关重要。介绍了某品牌大马力拖拉机传动系动力换向湿式离合器毂静扭强测试试验,校核了湿式离合器毂最大扭矩承载能力和失效扭矩承载能力,分析了激光焊接工艺在湿式离合器毂上的应用,进一步验证了湿式离合器毂设计方案的可行性。
Wet clutch is the most important gear shifting component in the domestic high-horsepower power shift tractor gearbox.The reliability of wet clutch components is an important indicator of the performance of tractor gearbox products.The wet clutch hub connects active components and passive components,and carries a variety of complex working conditions such as large torque transmission and instantaneous torque impact of the main drive shaft,Its reliability is crucial to the tractor gearbox.This article introduces the static torsion strength test of the power commutation wet clutch hub of a brand of high-horsepower tractor transmission system,checks the maximum torque bearing capacity and yield torque bearing capacity of the wet clutch hub,and analyzes the laser welding process.The application on the wet clutch hub further verifies the feasibility of the design scheme of the wet clutch hub.
