摘要
针对某车辆摆臂油缸同步控制需求,介绍了几种常用的油缸同步控制方法。以比例流量阀和嵌入式控制器实现的双油缸同步控制系统为例,分析电控闭环控制过程中精度的影响因素和参数优化方法。
Aiming at the synchronous control requirements of the swing arm hydro-cylinder of a vehicle,several commonly used synchronous control methods of the hydro-cylinder are introduced.Taking the dual cylinder synchronous control system realized by proportional flow valve and embedded controller as an example,the influencing factors of accuracy and parameter optimization method in the process of closed-loop control are analyzed.
