摘要
针对大型拖拉机无级变速箱湿式离合器在作业中,经常出现失效,导致拖拉机不能正常作业的问题,分析了无级变速箱湿式离合器的结构原理,阐明了湿式离合器失效的主要表现形式。从湿式离合器的机械系统、冷却润滑系统、油压控制系统、电控系统等方面详细分析湿式离合器失效机理,为拖拉机无级变速箱湿式离合器的优化设计提供参考。
In view of the problem that the wet clutch of the continuously variable transmission of large tractors often fails in operation,which leads to the failure of the tractor in normal operation,the structural principle of the wet clutch of the continuously variable transmission is analyzed.The main forms of failure of wet clutch are expounded.The failure mechanism of wet clutch is analyzed in detail from the mechanical system,cooling and lubrication system,oil pressure control system,electronic control system and other aspects.It provides a reference for the optimization design of the wet clutch of the large tractor continuously variable transmission.
