通孔薄壁花键轴类零件的制造工艺改进

摘要 通过对一类通孔薄壁花键轴类零件的工艺改进,提升了加工效率及质量。将零件毛坯由原来的实心料改为空心料,并对后续的机械加工工艺过程进行相应的改进,解决了毛坯材料利用率低、加工周期长、零件加工过程中定位不可靠、零件同轴度不好的问题,提升了产品的加工质量和效率。 By improving the process of a kind of through-hole thin-walled spline shaft parts,the machining efficiency and quality are greatly improved.The part blank is changed from the original solid material to hollow material,and the subsequent machining process is improved accordingly,which solves the problems of low utilization rate of blank material,long machining cycle,unreliable positioning in the part machining process and poor coaxiality of parts,and finally improves the processing quality and efficiency of products.
