复合型航空工程人才一体化培养体系探索——以西安航空学院为例

Exploration on the Integrated Training System of Compound Aviation Engineering Talents——A Case Study in Xi′an Aeronautical Institute

针对航空工程人才教育教学过程中暴露出的普遍性、突出性问题,以西安航空学院为例提出了以“一体化、创一流”建设模式为基础和保障,实现面向航空工程技术领域的人才培养新理念、新结构、新模式和新体系的建设思路;实施了以专业内分方向培养为起点,稳步推进航空大类培养以及建立协同育人平台,提升培养应用型人才条件等具体措施;通过3年的探索与实践,取得了较好的培养效果。

In view of the common and prominent problems in the education and teaching of aviation engineering talents, taking Xi′an Aeronautical Institute as an example, the construction mode of “integration and first-class” is put forward to realize the construction idea of new concept, new structure, new mode and new system for aviation engineering talent training. Through establishing a collaborative education platform, improving the conditions for cultivating application-oriented talents, and starting from the training of different directions within the specialty in three years, favorable training results have been achieved.
