摘要 通过紫外光(UV)照射引发丙烯酸酯本体聚合,制备UV固化丙烯酸酯压敏胶预聚体,再在预聚体中加入光引发剂、活性稀释剂配置UV固化丙烯酸酯压敏胶。研究了光引发剂用量、活性稀释剂种类及用量、光照时间、光照强度、预聚体转化率对UV固化丙烯酸酯压敏胶粘接性能的影响。结果表明,当预聚体转化率为10%~15%,活性稀释剂为TMPTA,用量为0.7%~1.2%,引发剂用量为1.3%%~2.3%,光照强度为600~800 mW/cm^(2),光照时间为8~13 s,UV固化丙烯酸酯压敏胶综合性能较好。 UV curing acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive prepolymer was prepared by bulk polymerization triggered by ultraviolet light UV irradiation,and then UV curing acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive was prepared by adding photoinitiator and active diluent in the prepolymer.The effects of the amount of photoinitiator,type and amount of active diluent,illumination time,illumination intensity and conversion rate of prepolymer on the adhesive properties of UV curable acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive were studied.The results show that when the conversion rate of prepolymer is 10%~15%,the dosage of the active diluent TMPTA is 0.7%~1.2%,the dosage of initiator is 1.3%~2.3%,the illumination intensity is 600~800 mW/cm^(2),the illumination time is 8~13 s,the comprehensive performance of UV curable acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive is better.
