摘要
间歇式逆循环除霜是当前变频空调工业中冬季制热所采取的重要技术手段和设计方案。以某型号变频空调为研究对象,对变频空调的基本作业流程进行归纳,分析了该类型变频空调在冬季运行制热时的间歇式逆循环除霜非稳态冷密封胶粘剂分布规律,重点对间歇式逆循环除霜非稳态过程中除霜再启动过程中的冷密封胶粘剂转移方向进行分析,旨在为空调工业开发更高效、节能的变频空调技术提供借鉴。
Intermittent reverse cycle defrosting is an important technical means and design scheme for winter heating in frequency conversion air conditioning industry.Taking a certain type of frequency conversion air conditioning as the research object,the basic process of frequency conversion air conditioning was summarized.The distribution law of unsteady refrigerant resistant viscose in intermittent reverse cycle defrosting of this type of inverter air conditioner during heating in winter was analyzed,focusing on the transfer direction of refrigerant resistant viscose in the process of defrosting restart.The aim is to provide reference for the air conditioning industry to develop more efficient and energy-saving frequency conversion air conditioning technology.
