摘要
为了更好地延长钢桥面铺装的使用年限,优化和完善层间粘接情况,研发一种新型的聚合物防水粘接层材料,并结合该材料的性能指标以及使用条件,采用测试评价的方式,研究了层间粘接强度在不同钢桥面板表面清洁度、粗糙度、涂覆量和固化时间条件的变化情况,并全面地对比和分析聚合物与环氧沥青2种防水粘接层。结果表明:聚合物防水粘接层材料除了表现出较高的强度外,还表现出温度稳定性特征;当钢桥面板表面清洁度、粗糙度、涂覆量、固化时间分别达到Sa2.5、60μm、0.5 kg/m^(2)、40 min时,聚合物防水粘接层材料获得最佳粘接强度。
In order to better extend the service life of steel bridge deck pavement,and optimize and improve the interlayer bonding,an advanced and new polymer waterproof bonding layer material is now developed.Based on the performance indicators and use of the material and by means of test evaluation,the changes of interlayer bond strength on the surface cleanliness,roughness,coating amount and curing time of different steel bridge decks were respectively studied,and the polymer and epoxy were compared and analyzed comprehensively.The results show that in addition to high strength,the polymer waterproof adhesive layer also exhibits the characteristic of temperature stability.When the surface cleanliness,roughness,coating amount,and the curing time reaches Sa2.5,60μm,0.5 kg/m^(2),and 40 min,respectively,the polymer waterproof adhesive layer material obtains the best bond strength.
