聚氨酯/BSP复合水凝胶的制备及伤口应用

Preparation of polyurethane/BSP composite hydrogel and its application as wound dressing

针对传统医用敷料溶胀性、保水性和抗菌性能差的问题,提出一种新型的聚氨酯/白及多糖水凝胶(WBPU-BSP)敷料的制备。研究了WBPU-BSP水凝胶作为伤口敷料的基础理化性能和生物性能。结果表明:在WBPU-BSP水凝胶中,BSP含量为4%时,水凝胶为致密均匀的多孔结构,具有良好的渗透性、吸水性和保水性,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌有明显的抑菌效果,对促进伤口愈合,帮助新的真皮层和新生血管形成产生积极的影响,有望作为新型伤口敷料使用。

A new polyurethane/Rhizoma Bletillae polysaccharide hydrogel(WBPU-BSP)wound dressing was developed to solve the problem of swelling,poor water retention and antibacterial properties of traditional wound dressing.The basic physical and chemical properties and biological properties of WBPU-BSP hydrogel as wound dressing were studied.The results show that in WBPU-BSP hydrogel,when the content of BSP was 4%,the hydrogel had dense and uniform porous structure,and good permeability,water absorption and water retention.It had obvious bacteriostatic effect on escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus,and had a positive effect on promoting wound healing,helping new dermis and neovascularization,and was expected to be used as a new wound dressing.
