摘要
基于化学合成高强材料在飞机电气结构网络拓扑的设计和优化方法,研究分析目前较为先进的化学合成材料在飞机制造使用中自身结构接地及搭接导电性能差的问题,提出飞机的电气设备系统需要通过导电性能好的连接结构,采用三维建模一条稳定的低阻抗电通路网络进行设计优化,使用电气结构网络ESN分析相关的电气性能。在复材飞机内部原有金属结构的基础上搭建电气结构网络的方法测试分析表明:该电气结构网络拓扑的设计和优化方法具有可行性与有效性,提高了复合材料在飞机电气结构网络使用的安全性。
Based on the design and optimization method of composite materials in aircraft electrical structure network topology,the problems of poor structural conductivity and difficult grounding and bonding faced by more advanced composite materials in aircraft manufacturing are analyzed.It is proposed that the electrical equipment system of the aircraft needs to be designed and optimized through the connection structure with good electrical conductivity and a stable low impedance circuit network by three-dimensional modeling.Electrical structure network ESN is used to analyze related electrical performance,building the electrical structure network based on the original metal structure of the composite aircraft.Results show that the design and optimization method of the electrical structure network topology is feasible and effective,with the safety of composite material used in aircraft electrical structure network improved.
