摘要
纳米SiO_(2)改性水泥基材料在桥梁建设中得到了广泛的应用。为了进一步提高纳米SiO_(2)材料的性能,分析了纳米SiO_(2)材料的改性和优化作用,设计了不同纳米SiO_(2)含量的试样,并对其流动性能、抗压性能、抗弯性能和抗渗性能进行了研究。结果表明,随着纳米SiO_(2)含量的增加,材料的流动性能下降,抗渗性能下降;纳米SiO_(2)质量分数为1%时,试件各项性能良好,其中抗压强度和抗折强度最佳;有利于各种复杂环境下的桥梁施工。本试验条件下,纳米SiO_(2)的适宜质量分数为1%。
Cement-based materials have been widely used in bridge construction.In order to further improve their performance,the modification and optimization functions of nano-SiO_(2)materials were analyzed,test specimens with different content of nano-SiO_(2)were designed and experiments on their flow performance,compression resistance,bending resistance and impermeability were conducted.The results show that the flow performance and the impermeability of the materials decrease with the increase of nano-SiO_(2)content.When the content of nano-SiO_(2)is 1%,all the properties of the specimens are good and the compressive strength and flexural strength are the best,which is more conducive to the construction of bridges in various complex environments.The suitable content of nano-SiO_(2)is 1%in the above experiment.
