摘要 ,红外成像技术越来越成熟,降低了制造设备的成本。该技术在供电设备中的故障检测方面得到广泛应用,基于红外成像的高温变压器远程检测方法具有一定的效果,但也面临着一定问题,如图像分辨率低、设备和图像难以有效区分、故障检测精度低、自动化和智能化程度低以及对专业经验要求高等问题的存在,还需要进一步解决。针对存在的不足,对变压器高温区域检测方法进行深入研究,提出了一种预诊断成像方法,以达到更好的诊断效果,提高未来自动化和诊断智能。 The timely prevention,detection and error detection of transformer equipment in terms of fault are the necessary conditions for the safe operation of power supply network.It is very important to diagnose and maintain equipment faults in time,and its identification is very important.In recent years,infrared imaging technology is becoming more and more mature,which reduces the cost of manufacturing equipment.Therefore,this technology has been widely used in fault detection of power supply equipment.Although the remote detection method of high-temperature transformer based on infrared imaging has certain effects,it also faces some problems,such as low image resolution,difficult to effectively distinguish between equipment and image,low fault detection accuracy,low degree of automation and intelligence and high requirements for professional experience,which need to be further solved.In view of the current shortcomings,an in-depth study on the detection method of transformer high temperature area is made,and a pre diagnosis imaging method is proposed to achieve better diagnosis effect and improve the automation and diagnosis intelligence in the future.
