摘要
随着供需交互的不断深入,在实现大量的改造之前,需要对网络安全约束进行投资规划,在建立优化模型的过程中存在大量的计算冗余,导致收敛性较差。基于此,提出了一种基于改造措施的关联规则驱动的电网投资规划模型和方法,该模型为了实现配电网的可靠性指标与改造措施的关联,需要通过机器学习算法进行关联。通过分析电网规划中需要注意的问题,建立智能电网规划综合评价指标体系,然后根据电网可靠性与改造措施的关联规则,提出了以提升可靠性为目标,建立基于关联规则驱动的配电网投资规划模型,分析通过改造对电网的提升效益,从而得到最优的配电网投资规划方案。最后通过实例,验证所提出的投资规划优选模型具有可行性。
As the interaction between supply and demand continues to deepen,before a large number of transformations are implemented,investment planning for network security constraints is required.There is a large amount of computational redundancy in the process of establishing an optimization model,resulting in poor convergence.Based on this,a power grid investment planning model and method driven by association rules based on retrofit measures is proposed.In order to realize the correlation between the reliability index of the distribution network and the retrofit measures,the model needs to be correlated through machine learning algorithms.By analyzing the issues that need to be paid attention to in power grid planning,a comprehensive evaluation index system for smart grid planning is established,and then based on the association rules of grid reliability and transformation measures,it is proposed to establish a distribution network investment based on association rules with the goal of improving reliability.The planning model analyzes the improvement benefits of the power grid through the transformation,so as to obtain the optimal distribution network investment planning plan.Finally,an example is used to verify the feasibility of the proposed investment planning optimization model.
