Applicability verification of X-ray fluorescence spectrometer for determination of cadmium in wheat

依据LS/T 6402—2017《粮油检验设备和方法标准适用性验证及结果评价的一般原则》中设备适用性验证的相关规定,从准确度、重复性和稳定性三个方面验证采用X射线荧光光谱仪测定小麦中镉含量的适用性,研究结果证明了该仪器在测定小麦中镉含量方面的适用性。

According to the relevant provisions of applicability verification in LS/T 6402—2017"Inspection of grain and oils-the general principle of standard adaptability verification and evaluation results for equipments and testing methods",the applicability of X-ray fluorescence spectrometer in the determination of cadmium content in wheat(flour)was verified from three aspects of accuracy,repeatability and stability,and the results proved the applicability of the instrument in the determination of cadmium content in wheat(flour).
