摘要
建立了用气相色谱法对湿面条中1,2-丙二醇和1,3-丙二醇含量进行测定的方法,试验采用FID检测器,外标法,自动进样,在建立的气相色谱条件下进行了方法验证,结果表明:1,2-丙二醇和1,3-丙二醇定量限分别为8、15 mg/kg(进样量为1μl,S/N=3),标准曲线的线性范围1,2-丙二醇和1,3-丙二醇分别为:10~160μg/ml(R=0.99920)、20~320μg/ml(R=0.99933),加标回收率1,2-丙二醇和1,3-丙二醇分别为86.20%~98.10%、88.32%~98.66%,精密度(RSD)1,2-丙二醇和1,3-丙二醇分别为1.43%~4.64%、1.26%~4.16%。该方法回收率高、重现性好,是一种准确稳定、操作快速简单的检测方法。
A gas chromatographic method for the determination of 1,2-propylene glycol and 1,3-propylene glycol in wet noodles was established.The FID detector,external standard method and automatic sample injection were used in the test.The method was verified under the established gas chromatographic conditions.The results showed that the limits of quantification of 1,2-propylene glycol and 1,3-propylene glycol were 8 mg/kg and 15 mg/kg,respectively(the injection volume was 1μl,S/N=3).The linear range of the standard curve of 1,2-propylene glycol and 1,3-propylene glycol was 10-160μg/ml(R=0.99920)and 20-320μg/ml(R=0.99933),respectively.The standard recoveries of 1,2-propylene glycol and 1,3-propylene glycol were 86.20%-98.10%and 88.32%-98.66%,respectively,and the precision(RSD)of 1,2-propylene glycol and 1,3-propylene glycol were 1.43%-4.64%and 1.26%-4.16%,respectively.The method was an accurate,stable,quick and simple detection method with high recovery and good reproducibility.
