高等职业院校大学生正念特质与网络成瘾的关系:自我控制的中介作用

摘要 目的探讨正念特质对网络成瘾的影响以及自我控制的中介作用。方法采用方便抽样的方法抽取广东省某高等职业院校的1559名大学生,采用正念注意觉知量表、自我控制量表和网络成瘾问卷进行问卷调查。结果正念特质、自我控制与网络成瘾呈负相关(r=-0.42,P<0.05;r=-0.41,P<0.05),正念特质与自我控制呈正相关(r=0.56,P<0.01)。Bootstrap方法检验结果显示:自我控制在正念特质与网络成瘾之间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的46.38%。结论正念特质既可以直接影响网络成瘾,也可以通过自我控制影响网络成瘾。 Objective To investigate the influence of mindfulness traits on internet addiction and the mediating role of self-control.Methods A total of 1559 students were sampled using a convenience sampling method from a senior vocational school in Guangdong.A questionnaire survey was conducted using the Mindful Attention Awareness Scale,Brief Self-Control Scale and Internet Addiction Test.Results In the students,mindfulness traits(r=-0.42,P<0.05)and self-control(r=-0.41,P<0.05)were negatively correlated with internet addiction,while mindfulness traits were positively correlated with self-control(r=0.56,P<0.01).Bootstrap test showed that self-control partially played a mediating role in the relationship between mindfulness traits and internet addiction,contributing its mediating effect accounting for 46.38%of the total effect.Conclusion Mindfulness traits may impact on internet addiction either directly or via self-control.
