武汉某高等院校预防医学生职业认同感与学习倦怠的关系

摘要 目的探究武汉某高等院校预防医学专业不同年级学生职业认同与学习倦怠的关系,分析影响学习倦怠的因素。方法以武汉某高等院校医学院预防医学本科生为研究对象,在借鉴其他各种调查问卷的基础上,自制调查问卷分析职业认同感,利用连榕等编制的学习倦怠量表判断学习倦怠状态采用问卷星开展网络在线调查,采用χ^(2)检验、方差分析和多元线性回归等统计方法进行统计学处理。结果女生的职业认同感高于男生(F=3.96,t=1.99,P<0.05);学习倦怠的“成就感低”维度上,来自农村的学生学习倦怠程度高于城镇地区(F=4.71,t=2.17,P<0.05)。职业认同感和学习倦怠之间,任意维度之间的组合均呈负相关(P<0.05)。年级和职业认同感对学习倦怠的影响差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论职业认同感与学习倦怠呈负相关,在很大程度上可通过职业认同感判断学生学习倦怠程度。可以通过改善培养方式,强化学生对本专业的认同感和职业期待,激发其责任感和使命感,提升预防医学生职业认同感,避免学习倦怠的发生。 Objective To investigate the relationship between occupational identity and learning burnout among students in varying shool-years of preventive medicine in a Wuhan university,and factors related to difference in the learning burnout.Methods A cohort of preventive medicine undergraduates in a Wuhan university participating an online questionnaire survey were included as study subjects.The occupational identity was measured with a self-made questionnaire with reference to other related questionnaires on this topic,and the learning burnout was determined according to the learning burnout scale developed by Lian Rong and colleagues.Chi-square test,variance analysis,and multiple linear regression were used for statistical processing of the data.Results For"craving for a career"as a dimension of occupational identity,female students scored higher than males(F=3.96,t=1.99,P<0.05).For"low sense of personal achievement"as a dimension of learning burnout,students from rural areas reported higher levels of learning burnout than those from urban areas(F=4.71,t=2.17,P<0.05).There was a strongly negative correlations in any combination of dimensions between occupational identity and learning burnout.School-years and occupational identity had statistically significant effects on learning burnout.Conclusion Owing to a strongly negative correlation between occupational identity and learning burnout in the students,the latter can be determined largely by occupational identity.Improvement in the educational training,enhancement of identity and expectation for the major subjects,promote the sense of responsibility and purpose would increase the occupational identity and avert learning burnout among students majoring in preventive medicine.
