摘要
概述了我国磷复肥行业当前存在的问题及应对举措。在碳达峰、碳中和“双碳”背景下,提出了河南省磷复肥产业转型升级的途径,即探索与推广磷资源可持续利用技术,提高含磷固体废弃物的综合利用水平;以“双碳”为抓手,实现磷复肥产业能源消耗的降级;开发与推广高效、环保、功能化、智能化磷复肥,助力河南省农业绿色高质量发展。
The current problems and countermeasures in China′s phosphorus compound fertilizer industry are summarized.Under the background of peak carbon dioxide emission and carbon neutrality,the ways of the transformation and upgrading of phosphorus compound fertilizer industry in Henan Province are proposed,that is,exploring and promoting the sustainable utilization technology of phosphorus resources,and improving the comprehensive utilization level of phosphorus containing solid waste;with peak carbon dioxide emission and carbon neutrality as the starting point,realizing the downgrading of energy consumption in the phosphorus compound fertilizer industry;developing and promoting efficient,environmentally friendly,functional,and intelligent phosphorus compound fertilizers to help the green and high quality development of agriculture in Henan Province.
