摘要
分析了部分矿物源和有机源土壤调理剂施用后崩解慢的原因。为提高颗粒崩解力,采用降低颗粒含水量和添加崩解剂的方式开展了试验研究。结果表明:将土壤调理剂中水的质量分数从15%降至1.5%,颗粒可以崩解,但不适合工业化生产;添加不同类型的崩解剂均能实现颗粒的崩解,其中吸水膨胀型和产气型崩解剂的效果较好。用吸水膨胀型崩解剂生产出的土壤调理剂,可在2 min内实现颗粒的完全崩解。
The causes of slow disintegration of some mineral and organic source soil conditioners after application are analyzed. In order to improve the disintegration force of particles, experimental studies are carried out by reducing the water content of particles and adding disintegrating agent. The results show that when the mass fraction of water in the soil conditioner is reduced from 15% to 1.5%, the particles could disintegrate but are not suitable for industrial production. The addition of different types of disintegrating agents can achieve the disintegration of particles, among which water absorbing expansive and gas producing disintegrating agents have better effects. The soil conditioner produced with water absorbing expansive disintegrating agent can realize complete disintegration of particles within 2 minutes.
