摘要
为考察造粒处理对硝酸钠氧化性试验分类判定结果的影响,并探讨造粒硝酸钠豁免氧化剂运输分类的临界条件,选择由2家企业生产的造粒硝酸钠产品,设置不同粒径范围的样品,对模拟振动、冲击试验前后样品的抗压碎力、氧化性等指标进行评价分析。结果表明:经造粒处理的硝酸钠颗粒强度足够且稳定,粒径是影响造粒硝酸钠氧化性强弱的重要因素;随着硝酸钠颗粒粒径的增大,氧化性呈逐渐减弱的趋势,且粒径达到2.5 mm以上时能够满足国家标准《危险货物品名表》(GB 12268—2012)中非5.1项的包装分类要求,有豁免氧化剂运输分类的可能。
In order to investigate the influence of granulation treatment on the classification and judgment results of sodium nitrate oxidizability test, and to discuss the critical conditions for granulation sodium nitrate to be exempted from the transportation classification of oxidants, the granulation sodium nitrate products produced by two enterprises are selected, and samples with different particle size range are set up to evaluate and analyze the compressive crushing force, oxidizability and other indicators of samples before and after the simulation vibration and impact tests. The results show that the particle strength of granulated sodium nitrate is sufficient and stable, and the particle size is an important factor affecting the oxidizability of granulated sodium nitrate. With the increase of particle size of sodium nitrate, the oxidizability tends to weaken gradually, and when the particle size reaches 2.5 mm or higher, the requirements for packaging classification of non division 5.1 in the national standard List of Dangerous Goods(GB 12268-2012) can be met, which may exempt the transportation classification of oxidants.
