基于CiteSpace的盐胁迫番茄生理特性研究现状与热点可视化分析

摘要 本文以中国知网1996-2021年间主要数据为分析来源,运用CiteSpace软件对筛选得到596条盐胁迫番茄的相关文献进行可视化分析,并以文献的关键词、作者、发文量、学科及基金分布等作为研究指标,利用CiteSpace文献分析软件快捷呈现盐胁迫番茄生理特性研究领域的前沿、热点及其发展趋势,以期为相关科学研究提供参考,同时为盐碱地番茄种植生产技术提供理论支撑。结果表明,在各基金项目的支持下,围绕“单盐胁迫”“双盐胁迫”“种子萌发”等关键词,刘慧英、李天来、邹志荣等科研人员在番茄盐胁迫方面研究贡献巨大;相关研究结果多收录在园艺类、生物类、农作物类等期刊资料中;番茄耐逆性基因筛选与利用及现代化设施栽培管理技术将持续成为目前阶段的研究热点。 Based on the data of CNKI from 1996 to 2021, this paper aims to apply CiteSpace software to visualize 596 literature on salt-stressed tomatoes, and takes the keywords, authors, quantity of publications, disciplines and fund distribution as research indicators to derive the frontier, hot-spots and development trends in this field with the help of the CiteSpace literature analysis software, so as to provide reference for relevant research and theoretical support for the cultivation of tomato in saline land. The results suggest that with the support of various fund projects, revolving around the key words of “single salt stress, double salt stress, seed germination”, Liu Huiying, Li Tianlai, Zou Zhirong and other researchers have made great contributions to the research field;The relevant research are mostly included in the journals of horticulture, biology, crops, among which, the screening of tomato stress-resistance genes and modern cultivation techniques remain to be the research hot-spots currently.
