摘要
本文针对福建可门港物流有限责任公司原有的混矿工艺系统存在能耗较高、效率较低、运营与管理成本较高以及安全环保压力大等问题,结合目前混矿作业量和原有混矿工艺系统实际情况,提出了在原有的机械设备基础上增加1台斗轮堆取机和提高输送机卸料点高度等改进措施。经实践应用证明,在不改变现有工艺设备流程的情况下,用斗轮堆取料机操作替代原有汽车转场与堆载机堆高的人工操作,可减少人为干预,有效提高混矿效率,降低操作污染,节约资金投入并提高空间利用率。
In view of the issues of high energy consumption,low efficiency,high operation and management cost and high safety and environmental protection pressure in the original blending system of Fujian Kemen Port Logistics Co.,Ltd,corresponding improvement measures such as adding one bucket wheel stacker and increasing the height of conveyor discharge point are proposed.Practical application proves that,without adjusting the existing process,replacing manual operation with bucket wheel stacker can reduce human intervention,effectively boost blending efficiency,ease environmental pollution,save capital investment and optimize space utilization.
