高校职业生涯规划教育“以赛促教”改革研究

Research on the Reform of “Promoting Education Through Competition” in College Career Planning Education

面对新形势下大学生就业创业指导工作的新要求,全国大学生职业生涯规划大赛为大学生职业生涯规划教育改革提供了良好的示范和引导。本文认为,新时期大学生职业生涯规划教育应从推动教育管理改革、提升教师的教学能力、提高大学生职业生涯素质素养等方面,加快供给侧结构性改革,进而提高人才培养质量。

Facing the new requirements under the new situation,the National College Career Planning Competition provides a good example for the reform of college students’career planning education.This paper believes that in order to strengthen career planning education in the new era,relevant departments should speed up the supply-side structural reform in terms of promoting educational management reform,enhancing the teaching ability of faculty,and boosting college students’career qualities.
