基于“三教”改革背景的高职教育“新吴模式”探索

文章着眼高水平高职院校建设,立足高新区高职教育“新吴模式”,借助高职教育“三教”改革理念,引出研究探索高职人才职业胜任力培养的内涵与目标,并阐述了主要方法与问题解决思路,阐明了研究探索的两个创新之处。将政、行、企、校四方紧密团结起来,通过产教融合,协同创新服务好学生是实现学校高质量发展,助推企业发展的有效途径。学校良好的口碑与企业强大的品牌,对区域经济发展将更有贡献,政府也能更有力地支持学校教育,为区校一体、协同创新的高新区高职教育“新吴模式”夯实根基,形成良性循环。

Based on the“Xinwu Model”of higher vocational education in the high-tech zone,the article introduces the connotation and objectives of cultivating vocational competence of higher vocational talents according to the concept of“three education”reform,expounds the methods of cultivating vocational competence.The article argues that the government,industry,enterprises and schools should be united to carry out collaborative innovation through the integration of production and education.The mode is an effective way to achieve high-quality development both of the school and the enterprise,meanwhile,the good reputation of the school and the influence of the enterprise will exert positive effect on the regional economic development.The government can give more support to school education,which lays a solid foundation for the“Xinwu Model”featuring the school-enterprise integration and collaborative innovation,thus creating a virtuous circle.
