摘要
针对夏季高温天气下CRTSⅠ型板式无砟轨道水泥乳化沥青砂浆施工中出现的流动度损失大、可工作时间短,乳化沥青砂浆填充层产生离缝等问题,文章从水泥乳化沥青砂浆原材料及现场灌注施工两方面分析了原因,并介绍了相应的解决思路与施工技术,结合水泥乳化沥青砂浆现场使用条件,通过控制原材料温度及预湿润工艺等方面,解决了夏季高温施工困难的问题,为水泥乳化沥青砂浆制备及灌注施工提供了参考。
In view of the problems of large fluidity loss, short working time and separation of emulsified asphalt mortar filling layer in the construction of cement emulsified asphalt mortar for CRTS I slab ballastless track under high temperature weather in summer, this paper analyzes the reasons from two aspects of raw materials of cement emulsified asphalt mortar and on-site pouring construction, and introduces the corresponding solutions and construction technology. Combined with the on-site use conditions of cement emulsified asphalt mortar, the problem of high temperature construction in summer has been solved by controlling the temperature of raw materials and pre-wetting process, which provides references for the preparation and pouring construction of cement emulsified asphalt mortar.
