Research on Resonance Crushing Construction Technology of Old Cement Concrete Pavement

文章针对旧水泥混凝土路面共振碎石化的施工技术进行研究,通过旧水泥混凝土路面技术状况的调查与评定,评价共振碎石化技术工程中应用的可行性;通过施工前路面整备及选取合理的共振施工参数,保证共振碎石化施工效果;通过共振碎石化试验段评价,以指导共振破碎机的施工参数选择。据此对共振碎石化的施工工艺进行研究,并检测评价共振碎石化施工效果,以期为共振碎石化施工提供借鉴。

This paper studies the resonance crushing construction technology of old cement concrete pavement.Through the investigation and evaluation of the technical status of old cement concrete pavement, the feasibility of the application of resonance crushing technology in engineering is evaluated. the construction effect of resonance crushing is ensured through the pavement preparation before construction and selecting reasonable resonance construction parameters. The selection of construction parameters of resonance crusher is guided through the evaluation of resonance crushing test section. Based on this, the construction technology of resonance crushing is studied, and the construction effect of resonance crushing is tested and evaluated, in order to provide references for resonance crushing construction.
