摘要
免耕播种机是在未经翻耕的土地上工作,深松装置和施肥播种装置是保证播种质量的关键件。文章设计的深松铲包括铲柄、铲头,对其进行建模分析,有利于解决多年免耕播种导致的土壤板结问题。对施肥、播种系统进行了分析计算,并建立了开沟器三维模型,为后续整机模型的理论分析提供支撑。
When no-tillage planter works on the land without tillage,the subsoiling device and fertilization and sowing device are the key parts to ensure the sowing quality.The designed subsoiling shovel includes shovel handle and shovel head,do modeling and analysis of it is helpful to solve the problem of soil hardening caused by no-tillage and sowing for many years.Analyzed and calculated the fertilization and sowing system,and established the three-dimensional model of the ditcher,which provides support for the theoretical analysis of the subsequent whole machine model.
