开放大学培养新型职业农民的策略研究

大力培育新型职业农民是转变农业发展方式的有效途径,更是建设中国特色农民发展道路的现实选择。开放大学在培育新型职业农民过程中由于没有精确聚焦潜在的培育对象、没有激活农民的内生动力、没有精准对接农民的需要,管理部门没有建立健全的考核机制,培训效果欠佳。精准识别培养对象、精心设置培训课程、精细设计培训方案、精确制定监督机制,“培”“育”并重是解决开放大学培养新型职业农民问题的有效策略。

Vigorously cultivating new professional farmers is not only an effective way to change the mode of agricultural development,but also a realistic choice to build the development path of farmers with Chinese characteristics.In the process of cultivating new professional farmers,the open university did not accurately focus on the potential cultivation objects,did not activate the endogenous motivation of farmers,did not accurately meet the needs of farmers,the management department did not establish a sound assessment mechanism,and the training effect was not good.The mechanism of"fine training object"and"precise training object"is an effective solution to the problem of"fine training"and"accurate training object".
