介绍了农产品安全检测技术课堂教学改革过程。对接国家农品加工与质量检测专业教学标准、“1+X”农产品食品检验员、食品检验工技能等级证书,确定课程标准,进行课程内容的模块化处理,选取农产品安全检测真实项目案例,基于真实工作过程,开发了工单任务式活页教材,以成果为导向,开展了项目导学、自主探学、合作研学、展示赏学、互检评学的多元化混合式教学改革,激发了学生的学习兴趣,提升了课堂的学习效率;以厚植“三农”情怀为主线,培养扎根农村高素质本土化人才,助力乡村振兴。
