涝渍胁迫对高山榕幼苗生长和光合特性的影响

摘要 为研究涝渍胁迫对高山榕生长和光合特性的影响,试验以正常灌水为对照,设置涝害和渍害处理测定了幼苗植株生长、抗氧化酶和光合参数的变化,结果表明,涝害和渍害处理显著降低了高山榕幼苗株高、地径、冠幅、净光合速率、气孔导度和蒸腾速率,涝害和渍害处理显著增加了幼苗的SOD、POD、CAT和APX活性,且涝害大于渍害。因此,涝害对高山榕幼苗的胁迫效应大于渍害。 In order to study the effects of waterlogging stress on the growth and photosynthetic characteristics of ficus altissa seedlings,measured the changes of growth,antioxidant enzyme and photosynthetic parameters of seedlings under waterlogging and waterlogging treatments using normal irrigation as control.The results showed that waterlogging and waterlogging treatments significantly reduced plant height,ground diameter,crown width,net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate of ficus altissa seedlings.Waterlogging and waterlogging treatments significantly increased SOD,POD,CAT and APX activities of seedlings,and the damage of waterlogging was greater than that of waterlogging.Therefore,the stress effect of waterlogging on alficus alficus seedlings is greater than that of waterlogging.
