摘要
目的:分析腹腔镜微创手术对结直肠癌患者疼痛、胃肠道功能、T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法:选取我院2018年5月至2022年7月期间收治的74例结直肠癌患者作为探讨对象,以抽签法分为对照组与观察组,每组37例。对照组进行开放手术,观察组进行腹腔镜微创手术,对比两组的疼痛因子、胃肠道功能、T淋巴细胞亚群、手术相关情况指标、血清炎症指标。结果:治疗后观察组疼痛因子均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组胃动素与胃泌素高于对照组,排气时间与腹胀持续时间低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组CD_(3)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)均高于对照组,CD_(8)^(+)低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的手术时间与术中出血量均低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组清除淋巴结数目与对照组相比(P>0.05);治疗后观察组血清炎症指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:使用腹腔镜微创手术方式能够降低结直肠癌患者疼痛感,有助于改善胃肠道功能与免疫功能。
Objective:To analyze the effects of laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery on pain,gastrointestinal function and T lymphocyte subsets in patients with colorectal cancer.Methods:A total of 74 patients with colorectal cancer admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the observation group by lottery method,with 37 cases in each group.The control group underwent open surgery,and the observation group underwent laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery.The pain factors,gastrointestinal function,T-lymphocyte subsets,surgery-related indicators and serum inflammation indicators were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the pain factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,motilin and gastrin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the exhaust time and abdominal distension duration were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,CD_(3)^(+),CD_(4)^(+)and CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and CD_(8)^(+)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The operation time and intraoperative blood loss in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the number of lymph nodes removed in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,the serum inflammatory indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery can reduce pain in patients with colorectal cancer,and help improve gastrointestinal function and immune function.
