体医结合护理对稳定期精神分裂症患者行为及精神症状的影响

Effect of combined physical and medical care on behavior and mental symptoms of stable schizophrenic patients

目的:研究稳定期精神分裂症患者应用体医结合护理对行为、精神症状的影响。方法:选取2020年6月—2022年6月收治的100例精神分裂症患者,按随机数字表法分组,对照组(50例)行常规护理,试验组(50例)行体医结合护理,对比两组行为症状、精神症状及生活质量。结果:试验组护理后积极、消极评分较之对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理后激活性、猜疑敌对、焦虑抑郁、思维障碍、缺乏活力评分较之对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理后症状和副作用、心理社会、精力动力评分较之对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:稳定期精神分裂症患者应用体医结合护理,可促进患者行为、精神症状改善,并提高生活质量。

Objective:To study the effect of combined physical and medical nursing on behavior and mental symptoms of stable schizophrenic patients.Methods:100 schizophrenic patients admitted from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected and divided into groups according to the random number table.The control group(50 cases)received routine care,and the test group(50 cases)received physical and medical care.The behavioral symptoms,mental symptoms and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:The positive and negative scores of the experimental group after nursing were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The scores of activation,suspicion and hostility,anxiety and depression,thinking disorder and lack of vitality in the trial group after nursing were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The scores of symptoms and side effects,psychosocial and energetic motivation in the trial group were lower than those in the control group after nursing,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of physical and medical care can improve the behavior and mental symptoms of patients with stable schizophrenia,and improve their quality of life.
