产妇给予导乐分娩联合家庭式温馨护理的效果及对情绪、分娩结局及新生儿的影响

Effect of Doula delivery combined with family friendly nursing on mood,delivery outcome and newborn

目的:探究分析导乐分娩联合家庭式温馨护理应用于自然分娩产妇的中的效果及对情绪、分娩结局和新生儿的影响。方法:在2021年1月—2022年5月期间本院产科收治自然分娩产妇中抽取90例纳入观察对象,通过随机数字表法将其均分为对照组(n=45,常规分娩护理)和实验组(n=45,导乐分娩联合家庭式温馨护理),对比两组产妇的护理效果。结果:实验组自然分娩产妇接受导乐分娩联合家庭式温馨护理后,产妇的焦虑评分显著下降且明显低于对照组,顺产率更高,会阴侧切率更低,产妇及其家属的满意度更高,产程时间和住院时间更短,新生儿评分更高,产后出血、新生儿窒息、宫内窘迫等并发症的发生率更低(P<0.05),差异存在统计学意义。结论:导乐分娩联合家庭式温馨护理应用于自然分娩产妇的中的效果十分突出,能够缓解产妇的负性情绪、降低剖宫产率和会阴侧切率、缩短产程时间、提高新生儿的预后,值得推广。

Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of Doula delivery combined with family friendly nursing on the emotion,delivery outcome and neonates of parturients with natural delivery.Methods:During the period from January 2021 to May 2022,90 cases of parturients with spontaneous delivery were selected and included in the observation.They were divided into the control group(n=45,conventional delivery care)and the experimental group(n=45,Doula delivery combined with family friendly care)by random number table method.The nursing effects of the two groups of parturients were compared.Results:After the parturients in the experimental group received Doula delivery combined with family friendly care,the anxiety score of the parturients in the experimental group decreased significantly and was significantly lower than that of the control group.The rate of spontaneous labor was higher,the rate of lateral episiotomy was lower,the satisfaction of the parturients and their families was higher,the duration of labor and hospital stay were shorter,the neonatal score was higher,and the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,neonatal asphyxia,intrauterine distress and other complications was lower(P<0.05),The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The application of Doula delivery combined with family friendly nursing in the natural delivery of parturients has a very outstanding effect,which can alleviate the negative emotions of parturients,reduce the cesarean section rate and the rate of lateral perineum incision,shorten the labor process time,and improve the prognosis of newborns,and is worth promoting.
