抗阻运动训练应用于股骨远端骨肿瘤人工膝关节置换术后患者的效果分析

摘要 目的:研究抗阻运动训练联合卧式踏车对股骨远端骨肿瘤人工膝关节置换术后患者膝关节功能及患肢功能的影响。方法:选取2018年3月—2019年12月我院股骨远端骨肿瘤人工膝关节置换术患者105例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(52例)和研究组(53例)。对照组术后给予卧式踏车训练,研究组在对照组的基础上增加抗阻运动训练。观察干预3个月后两组患者膝关节功能、患肢功能。结果:干预后研究组膝关节屈曲角度、美国膝关节协会评分(KSS)均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),膝关节伸直角度、疼痛视觉模拟量表评分(VAS)均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后研究组Enneking评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:抗阻运动训练联合卧式踏车应用于股骨远端骨肿瘤人工膝关节置换术后患者可通过平衡运动难度、提高患者主动锻炼意愿性来改善膝关节功能及患肢功能,可临床推广。 Objective:To study the effects of resistance exercise training combined with horizontal treadmill on knee function and limb function of patients undergoing artificial knee arthroplasty for distal femoral bone tumor.Methods:A total of 105 patients undergoing artificial knee arthroplasty for distal femoral bone tumor in our hospital from March 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into control group(52 cases)and study group(53 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was given horizontal treadmill training after operation,and the study group was given resistance exercise training on the basis of the control group.Knee function and limb function were observed after 3 months of intervention.Results:After intervention,knee flexion Angle and American Knee Association score(KSS)of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),knee extension Angle and visual analog scale(VAS)of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the Enneking score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Resistance exercise training combined with horizontal treadmill can improve the function of knee joint and affected limb by balancing the difficulty of movement and improving patients’willingness to exercise actively after the artificial knee joint replacement for bone tumor of distal femur,which can be clinically promoted.
