初产妇产褥期延续性护理的效果及对负性情绪和生活质量的影响

Effect of continuous nursing in puerperium of primipara and its influence on negative emotion and quality of life

目的:研究初产妇产褥期应用延续性护理的效果及对负性情绪、生活质量的影响。方法:选取2020年4月—2022年4月于我院分娩的98例产妇,按随机数字表法分组,对照组(49例)行常规护理,试验组(49例)行延续性护理,对比两组负性情绪、自护能力、生活质量及产褥期并发症。结果:试验组护理后SAS评分、SDS评分较之对照组更低(P<0.05);试验组护理后自护责任、自我概念、自我护理技能及健康知识水平评分较之对照组更高(P<0.05);试验组护理后生理健康、社会关系、心理健康及周围环境评分较之对照组更高(P<0.05);试验组4.08%(2/49)并发症发生率较之对照组20.41%(10/49)更低(P<0.05)。结论:初产妇产褥期应用延续性护理,有利于改善负性情绪,促进生活质量提高,并提高自护能力,减少产褥期并发症。

Objective:To study the effect of continuous nursing in puerperium of primipara and its influence on negative emotion and quality of life.Methods:98 parturients who delivered in our hospital from April 2020 to April 2022 were selected and divided into groups according to the random number table.The control group(49 cases)received routine nursing,and the test group(49 cases)received continuous nursing.Negative emotions,self-care ability,quality of life and puerperal complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);The scores of self-care responsibility,self-concept,self-care skills and health knowledge in the trial group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The scores of physical health,social relationship,mental health and surrounding environment in the trial group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The complication rate of 4.08%(2/49)in the test group was lower than that of 20.41%(10/49)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of continuous nursing in puerperium of primipara is beneficial to improve negative emotions,promote the quality of life,improve the ability of self-care,and reduce puerperium complications.
