多元化健康教育路径的构建及在剖宫产产妇产后护理中的应用价值研究

Construction methods,application advantages and nursing value of diversified health education for parturient women after uterine dissection

目的:研究多元化健康教育路径的构建方法及在剖宫产产妇产后护理中的应用价值。方法:将样本容量为64例的剖宫产产妇予以随机分为CZ组、DYH组两组,各组32例。CZ组产后予以常规护理,DYH组产后在CZ组常规护理的基础上构建多元化健康教育路径予以干预。于护理前后,评估产妇自我效能(评估工具采用ESCA量表),检测氧化应激反应指标(血清GSH-Px、SOD、MDA比),评价产后康复质量。结果:护理后,DYH组ESCA量表各维度评分均低于CZ组(P<0.05),DYH组血清GSH-Px、SOD均高于CZ组(P<0.05),血清MDA低于CZ组(P<0.05)。在产后康复中,DYH组产后并发症率为9.38%,低于CZ组的21.88%(P<0.05);DYH组母乳喂养成功率为93.75%,高于CZ组的71.88%(P<0.05);DYH组恶露持续时间、子宫复旧时间均短于CZ组(P<0.05)。结论:多元化健康教育通过认知完善、行为指导、健康维护等途径可有效促进剖宫产产妇提高自我效能,减轻机体氧化应激反应,并通过产后并发症的预防及子宫复旧指导可有效提高产后康复质量。

Objective:To study the construction method,clinical advantages and influence of diversified health education on parturients after uterine dissection.Methods:The sample size of 64 women in cesarean section was divided into CZ group and DYH group with 32 cases in each group.The former provides general care after childbirth,while the latter designs and improves a diversified and multi-directional health education framework while providing general care after childbirth.Before and after the implementation of the program,the self-ability of maternal daily behavior was evaluated(the assessment tool was ESCA scale),and the index of oxidative stress reaction(the ratio of serum GSH-Px,SOD and MDA)was detected,so as to evaluate the rehabilitation benefit from various indicators.Results:After nursing,the ability improvement of DYH group was better than that of CZ group in ESCA scale,the intervention effect of serum GSH-Px,SOD and MDA was better than that of CZ group(P<0.05).The postpartum complication rate was 9.38%in DYH group and 21.88%in CZ group,P<0.05.The breast-feeding rate was 93.75%in DYH group and 71.88%in CZ group,P<0.05.Lochia duration and uterine involution time in DYH group were shorter than those in CZ group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through cognitive improvement,behavioral guidance,health maintenance and other ways,diversified health education can effectively promote the improvement of self-efficacy,reduce the oxidative stress response of the body,and effectively improve the quality of postpartum rehabilitation through the prevention of postpartum complications and the guidance of uterine degeneration.
