生理-心理-环境护理路径在急性胃炎患者护理中的应用及对患者胃功能的影响研究

Realization path and value of physiology-psychology-environment nursing for patients with acute progressive gastric inflammatory disease

目的:研究生理-心理-环境护理路径的构建及对急性胃炎(AG)患者疾病康复效果、胃功能改善效果及舒适度的影响。方法:将于我院就诊的AG患者共80例,设计对照性研究路径,CZ组40例患者开展常规性护理,SXH组40例患者在CZ组的基础上构建生理-心理-环境护理路径。于护理前后,比较两组患者临床症状总积分改善效果,检测胃功能指标(GAS、MTL、VIP),调查整体舒适度(GCQ量表)。结果:护理3d、7d后,SXH组患者临床症状总积分均低于CZ组(P<0.05);护理后,SXH组患者GAS、VIP均低于CZ组(P<0.05),MTL高于CZ组(P<0.05),且GCQ量表各维度评分均高于CZ组(P<0.05)。结论:通过生理-心理-环境护理路径的构建可在促进患者生理功能改善、心理调适、环境支持的基础上提高急性胃炎临床症状的控制效果,利于患者胃功能的康复,提高整体舒适度。

Objective:To study the construction of physiology-psychology-environment nursing path and its influence on the rehabilitation effect,gastric function improvement effect and comfort level of patients with acute gastritis(AG).Methods:A total of 80 AG patients were admitted to our hospital,and the control study path was designed.40 patients in the CZ group were provided with general care services,and 40 patients in the SXH group were provided with physiology-psychology-environment care path while in the CZ group.Before and after the patients were taken care of,the fluctuation amplitude of the score of the patients'gastritis related discomfort symptoms was compared,the gastric function indexes(GAS,MTL,VIP)were detected,and the patients'mental,physiological and environmental comfort(GCQ scale)were investigated.Results:After 3d and 7d of nursing,the improvement effect of gastritis related discomfort score in SXH group was better than that in CZ group(P<0.05),the improvement effect of GAS,VIP and MTL,three indexes reflecting the physiological function of gastric tissue,was better than that in CZ group(P<0.05),and the improvement effect of each module integral in GCQ scale was better than that in CZ group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through the construction of physiology-psychology-environment nursing path,the control effect of acute gastritis related discomfort symptoms can be improved on the basis of promoting the improvement of patients'physiological function,psychological adjustment and environmental support,which is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients'stomach tissue physiological function and better promote patients to maintain a comfortable state from the overall perspective.
