社区产后访视健康管理计划在产褥期母婴健康中的作用

The role of community postpartum visit health management plan in maternal and infant health in puerperium

目的:探究分析社区产后访视健康管理计划应用于产褥期女性的效果及对母婴健康的影响。方法:选择2019年1月到2022年1月期间本院妇产科收治的产妇合计100例纳入观察对象,利用随机数字表法将其均分为参考组(n=50)和观察组(n=50)。所有产妇产后均医嘱出院,参考组产褥期女性开展常规的产褥期护理,观察组产褥期女性加强社区产后访视健康管理计划,对比两组产褥期女性的母婴健康情况。结果:观察组产褥期女性开展社区产后访视健康管理计划后,和参考组产褥期女性相比较,泌乳始动时间更短、恶露量更少、子宫底高度更低,康复有效率和生活质量评分显著更高,焦虑、抑郁等心理状态评分显著下降且明显低于参考组,乳腺炎、产后出血、产褥感染、产后抑郁等产褥期并发症的发生率更低,新生儿消化不良、黄疸、脐炎、湿疹的发生率更低(P<0.05),差异存在统计学意义。结论:产褥期女性产后康复过程中积极开展社区产后访视健康管理计划的效果确切,能够促进产妇康复、改善其负性情绪、降低产褥期女性和新生儿并发症的发生率,具有较高的临床价值,值得推广。

Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of community postpartum visit health management plan applied to puerperal women and its impact on maternal and infant health.Methods:A total of 100 parturients admitted by the department of obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected and included in the observation.They were equally divided into the reference group(n=50)and the observation group(n=50)by using the random number table method.All puerpera were discharged after delivery with medical advice.The reference group puerperal women carried out routine puerperal care,and the observation group puerperal women strengthened the community health management plan for postpartum visits,and compared the maternal and infant health of the two groups of puerperal women.Results:After the puerperal women in the observation group carried out the health management plan of community postpartum visit,compared with the puerperal women in the reference group,the time of lactation initiation was shorter,the amount of lochia was less,the height of fundus uteri was lower,the rehabilitation efficiency and quality of life scores were significantly higher,the scores of anxiety,depression and other psychological states were significantly lower.The incidence of mastitis,postpartum hemorrhage,puerperal infection postpartum depression and other puerperal complications was lower.And the incidence of neonatal dyspepsia,jaundice,umbilical cord inflammation and eczema was lower(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:In the process of postpartum rehabilitation of puerperal women,it is effective to actively carry out the health management plan of community postpartum visit,which can promote the recovery of puerperal women,improve their negative emotions,and reduce the incidence of complications of puerperal women and newborns.It has high clinical value and is worth popularizing.
