摘要 为了推动黑龙江省冷链物流技术发展,文中分析了黑龙江省冷链物流现状,基于SWOT分析提出了适应黑龙江省经济发展的冷链物流发展模式,运用层次分析法对冷链物流配送中心选址的影响因素进行分析,得出各评价因子的总权重:经济条件为0.3909,设施设备完善程度为0.1102,交通条件为0.1172,发展规划及政策为0.1472,地理条件为0.2345,其中经济条件和地理条件的权重较高,应作为黑龙江省冷链物流配送中心选址的重要考虑因素。运用精确重心法对黑龙江省冷链物流进行选址,最终确定一区域、二区域、三区域、四区域及五区域的回收中心选址地分别为阿城、安达、萝北、穆棱及五大连池。运用节约里程法对精确重心法选址结果进行合理性检验,以节约距离作为检验标准,最终一区域、二区域、三区域、四区域及五区域的回收中心选址分别节约235.6km、566.6km、635km、741km及140km,证实了利用精确重心法进行回收中心及再制造企业选址的合理性。 In order to promote the development of cold chain logistics technology in Heilongjiang Province,this paper analyzes the present situation of cold chain logistics in Heilongjiang Province,puts forward a cold chain logistics development mode suitable for economic development in Heilongjiang Province based on SWOT analysis,analyzes the influencing factors of cold chain logistics distribution center location by using AHP method,and obtains the total weight of each evaluation factor.Among them,economic conditions are 0.3909,facilities and equipment are 0.1102,traffic conditions are 0.1172,development planning and policies are 0.1472,and geographical conditions are 0.2345.Economic conditions and geographical conditions have higher weights,which are important considerations for the location of cold chain logistics distribution center in Heilongjiang Province.The location of cold chain logistics in Heilongjiang Province was selected by using the precise center of gravity method.Finally,the locations of recycling centers in region 1,region 2,region 3,region 4 and region 5 were determined as Acheng,Anda,Luobei,Muling and Wudalianchi respectively.Using mileage saving method to check the rationality of the location results of the precise center of gravity method,and taking the distance saving as the inspection standard,the final location of recycling centers in the first,second,third,fourth and fifth regions can save 235.6km,566.6km,635km,741km and 140km respectively,which proves the rationality of the location of recycling centers and remanufacturing enterprises by the precise center of gravity method.
