物流企业员工管理中KPI绩效考核体系的应用价值探析 被引量:2

摘要 经济的全球化发展让国与国之间的经济交往日益密切,对于各行各业来说,好似一把双刃剑,机遇与挑战并存,物流企业也不例外。在这一新的经济形势下,物流企业要想实现自身的长远期目标,离不开全体员工的大力支持和齐心协力。因此,企业对于员工的管理也是一门学问。物流企业既需要科学完善的绩效考核体系,又必须秉持公平公正、客观的原则对企业员工进行全面考核,尤其是进行关键业绩的考核(KPI),只有这样才能更好地调动员工的工作积极性,让企业的整体战斗力及工作效率均得以提高,促进物流企业的长期稳定发展。基于此,文中就物流企业员工管理中KPI绩效考核体系的应用价值进行研究分析,探索有助于提升企业员工管理水平及KPI绩效考核实效性的优化策略。 The development of economic globalization pushes the economic association between countries increasingly close.It is like a double-edged sword with opportunities and challenges for all trades and professions,and logistics enterprises are no exception.In the new economic conditions,logistics enterprise can never achieve the long-term goals without the strong support and concerted efforts of all employees.Therefore,the management of employees is a kind of science.Logistics enterprise ought to comprehensively assess the employees with the principle of fairness,justice and objectivity,especially to conduct key performance indicator(KPI)appraisal,thus arouseing the enthusiasm of employees,enhancing the overall battle effectiveness and work efficiency,and promoting the long-term stable development of logistics enterprises.For this reason,the paper studies the application value of KPI performance appraisal system in employee management of logistics enterprises,and explores optimized strategies for improving employee management and the effectiveness of KPI performance appraisal system.
