数字经济时代高职现代物流管理专业产教融合培养模式研究

在数字经济快速发展的时代背景下,各项数字技术的推广使用在一定程度上优化了物流供应链各环节,所以需要大量专业的人才为物流产业链的延伸和结构调整作支撑。尤其是在数字经济时代下,为了培养更多高素质的物流管理人才,需要采取产教融合的培养模式,以便为物流产业的发展输送更多高素质的人才。文中通过具体分析数字经济时代下高职物流管理专业教学存在的问题,并根据实际情况提出数字经济时代下高职物流管理专业产教融合的培养模式,有效提升高职物流管理专业的教学水平,为推动物流产业发展提供充足的人才支撑。

With the rapid development of the digital economy,the penetration of information technology has optimized the logistics warehousing and transportation to a certain extent,so a large number of professional talents are needed to support the extension and structural adjustment of the logistics industry chain.Especially in the era of digital economy,in order to cultivate more high-quality logistics management talents,it is necessary to adopt the training mode of integration of industry and education,so as to transport more high-quality talents for the development of logistics industry.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the teaching of logistics management specialty in higher vocational colleges in the digital economy era,and puts forward the training mode of the integration of industry and education of logistics management specialty in higher vocational colleges in the digital economy era according to the actual situation,so as to effectively improve the teaching level of logistics management specialty in higher vocational colleges and provide sufficient talent support for promoting the development of logistics industry.
