基于SPOC的内科学深度学习教学模式探索

摘要 目的探索基于小规模限制性在线课程(small private online course,SPOC)的内科学深度学习教学模式对临床医学专业学生的影响。方法选取蚌埠医学院第二附属医院2019年7月-2020年7月实习学生作为研究对象,将2019年7-年12月实习学生作为对照组(n=90),将2020年1-7月实习学生作为观察组(n=88),对照组实施常规小学方式进行干预,观察组实施基于SPOC的内科学深度学习教学模式。分析两种不同教学方式对学生理论成绩、实践能力的影响。结果观察组考试最高分、最低分均优于对照组,观察组考试平均成绩为(83.12±5.93)分,明显高于对照组的(79.79±8.31)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.080,P<0.05)。干预前,两组学生实践能力比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组实践能力均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于SPOC的内科学深度学习教学模式可有效提高学生临床成绩以及能力,具有较高的推广应用价值。 Objective To explore the impact of a in-depth learning teaching model of internal medicine based on a small private online course(SPOC)on clinical medicine students.Methods The interns of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from July 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the research objects,the interns from July to December 2019 were taken as the control group(n=90),and the interns from January to July 2020 were taken as the observation group(n=88).The control group implemented the regular primary school intervention,and the observation group implemented the SPOC based internal medicine in-depth learning teaching mode.Analyze the influence of two different teaching methods on students'theoretical achievements and practical ability.Results The highest and lowest examination scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the average examination score of the observation group was(83.12±5.93),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(79.79±8.31),and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.080,P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of students'practiced ability(P>0.05);after the intervention,the practiced ability of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The SPOC-based in-depth learning teaching mode of internal medicine can effectively improve students'clinical performance as well as their abilities,and has high promotion and application value.
