基于德尔菲法的中职护生运动康复实践技能指标体系的构建

Construction of a Delphi-based Index System for Secondary School Nursing Students'Practical Skills in Motor Rehabilitation

目的构建中职护生运动康复实践技能指标体系。方法2021年9月—2022年1月本文纳入21名成员应用文献回顾的方式,分析目前国内外相关文献分析,结合我国实际情况,初步拟定中职护生运动康复实践技能指标体系。基于德尔菲法和层次分析法计算各指标的权重。结果两轮函询问卷回收率分别为95%、100%。第一轮专家权威系数为0.875,第二轮为0.883。第1轮专家肯德尔系数为0.264,第2轮专家肯德尔系数为0.421(P<0.05)。构建的指标体系最终为,一级指标4个,二级指标29个,三级指标96个。权重最高的为康复评定技术(0.402);权重排名第二位的是康复护理治疗技术(0.359)。康复综合技能中沟通能力和人文关怀的组合权重较高(0.108、0.098)。结论本研究所构建的中职护生运动康复实践技能指标体系具有一定的科学性与可靠性,能够为培养出更优秀的康复护理人才以及提升整体护理质量提供理论依据。

Objective To construct an index system of motor rehabilitation practice skills for secondary school nursing students.Methods This article selected 21 members from September 2021 to January 2022 to apply the literature review method,and preliminarily formulates the index system of motor rehabilitation practice skills for secondary nursing students,taking into account the actual situation in China.The weights of each index were calculated based on Delphi method and hierarchical analysis.Results The recovery rate of two rounds of correspondence questionnaire was 95%and 100%,respectivdy.The expert authority coefficient was 0.875 in the first round and 0.883 in the second round.the expert Kendall coefficient was 0.264 in the first round and 0.421 in the second round(P<0.05).The constructed index system was finally,4 primary indicators,29 secondary indicators and 96 tertiary indicators.The highest weight was rehabilitation assessment technology(0.402);rehabilitation nursing treatment technology ranked second(0.359).The combination weights of communication ability and humanistic care in comprehensive rehabilitation skills were higher(0.108,0.098).Conclusion The index system of motor rehabilitation practice skills for secondary nursing students constructed in this study is scientific and reliable,and can provide a theoretical basis for cultivating better rehabilitation nursing talents and improving the overall nursing quality.
