肿瘤内科护士管理中柔性管理的应用研究

A Study on the Application of Flexible Management in the Management of Medical Oncology Nurses

目的探讨肿瘤内科护士管理中柔性管理的应用效果分析。方法对2021年7月—2022年6月衡阳市中医医院肿瘤内科的30名护士在护理管理中应用柔性管理,以2020年7月—2021年6月为实施前阶段,实施常规管理,比较柔性管理实施前后风险事件发生率与上报情况、护理质量评分、职业倦怠感。结果柔性管理实施后风险事件与护理差错发生率低于实施前,风险事件上报率高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);柔性管理实施后肿瘤内科护士的护理文书书写、护理安全制度、护理差错事故管理、仪器及抢救药品与总分均高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);柔性管理实施后肿瘤内科护士的情感衰竭、成就感低落评分均低于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);柔性管理实施后患者对护理工作的满意度高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肿瘤内科护士管理中柔性管理的应用可减少护理风险事件的发生,提高风险事件上报率,提升护理质量与患者护理满意度,改善护士的职业倦怠感。

Objective To explore the analysis of the application effect of flexible management in the management of nurses in the Department of Medical Oncology.Methods To apply flexible management in nursing management to 30 nurses in the Department of Medical Oncology,Hengyang City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2021 to June 2022.July 2020 to June 2021 was used as the pre-implementation phase to implement conventional management,and the incidence and reporting of risk events,nursing quality scores,and burnout were compared before and after the implementation of flexible management.Results The incidence rate of risk events and nursing errors after the implementation of flexible management was lower than that before the implementation,and the reporting rate of risk events was higher than that before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing instrument writing,nursing safety system,nursing error accident management,instruments and resuscitation drugs and total score of medical oncology nurses after the implementation of flexible management were higher than that before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the management after the implementation of medical oncology nurses'emotional exhaustion and low achievement scores were lower than those before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);patients'satisfaction with nursing work after the implementation of flexible management was higher than that before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of flexible management in the management of medical oncology nurses can reduce the occurrence of nursing risk events,improve the reporting rate of risk events,enhance nursing quality and patient care satisfaction,and improve nurses'burnout.
