摘要 目的研究绩效考核对急诊科护理管理的影响。方法选取2019年5月—2021年5月在宣恩县人民医院急诊科工作的30名护理人员为研究对象。于2019年5月—2020年5月本科室护理工作采取常规管理措施(对照组);于2020年6月—2021年5月本科室护理工作在常规管理措施的基础上行绩效考核(观察组)。分析两组护理质量评分、患者护理总满意率及护理差错发生率。结果观察组护理人员服务态度、安全护理、护理书写、基础护理、消毒隔离评分及总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理总满意率高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组管理后护理差错发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将绩效考核融入护理管理中,以不断地提高护理管理程度,值得在临床中广泛应用和推广。 Objective To study the impact of performance appraisal on nursing management in the emergency department.Methods Thirty nursing staff working in the emergency department of Xuan'en County People's Hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the study subjects.The nursing work in this department from May 2019 to May 2020 was subject to conventional management measures(control group);the nursing work in this department from June 2020 to May 2021 was subject to performance assessment on the basis of conventional management measures(observation group).The nursing quality scores,the total satisfaction rate of patient care and the incidence of nursing errors in the two groups were analyzed.Results The nursing staff service attitude,safety care,nursing writing,basic care,disinfection and isolation scores and total scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of patient care in the observation group was higher than that of patients in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nursing errors after management in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The integration of performance appraisal into nursing management to continuously improve the degree of nursing management is worthy of wide application and promotion in the clinic.
