精细化管理模式对病案质量控制及医疗纠纷的影响 被引量:1

Impact of Fine Management Model on Quality Control of Medical Cases and Medical Disputes

摘要 目的探讨精细化管理模式对病案质量控制及医疗纠纷的影响。方法平邑县人民医院自2021年1月起在病案室病案管理中应用精细化管理模式,在精细化管理模式实施前(2020年1—12月)与实施后(2021年1—12月)两个阶段从病案室分别选取2000份病案资料作为研究样本,分别设置为对照组、观察组。对比两组的病案差错事件发生情况、病案管理质量评分、投诉率、医疗纠纷事件发生率,并比较两组病案室18名管理人员的各项评分。结果相比于对照组,观察组病案室病案资料中的差错事件发生率降低,在病案管理各个方面的质量评分均增高,投诉率和医疗纠纷事件发生率均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相比于对照组,观察组病案室管理人员的疲劳评分、工作压力评分均降低,其职场正念评分、职业满意度评分均增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在病案室应用精细化管理模式可优化病案管理质量,减少病案资料中的差错事件,有利于减少投诉和医疗纠纷事件,还可减轻病案室管理人员在病案管理中的疲劳感和压力感,增强其职场正念、职业满意度。 Objective To explore the impact of refined management model on quality control of medical cases and medical disputes.Methods Pingyi County People's Hospital applied the refined management model in case management in the case room since January 2021,and 2000 case data were selected from the case room in two stages before(from January to December 2020)and after(from January to December 2021)the implementation of the refined management model as the study samples,set up as control group and observation group,respectively.The incidence of case error events,case management quality scores,complaint rates,and medical dispute events were compared between the two groups.The scores of 18 managers in the two groups were also compared.Results Compared with the control group,the incidence of errors in case data in the observation group's case room was lower,the quality scores in all aspects of case management were higher,and the complaint rate and the incidence of medical disputes were lower,the difference was statistically significant significant differences(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the fatigue scores and work stress scores of the patient case room managers in the observation group were reduced,and their workplace positive thinking scores and career satisfaction scores were increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the refined management model in the case room can optimize the quality of case management,reduce the incidence of errors in case data,help reduce complaints and medical disputes,and also reduce the fatigue and stress of case management managers in the case room,and enhance their workplace positive thinking and career satisfaction.
