摘要
目的探究结核科护士应用人性化管理的可行性。方法选取2019年9月——2021年10月南华大学附属长沙中心医院结核科在职护理人员22名,根据时间不同分为管理前(2019年9月—2020年9月)和管理后(2020年10月—2021年10月),管理前实施传统护理管理模式,管理后实施人性化护理管理模式,对比管理前后护理人员自我健康管理能力、工作压力以及职业认同感。结果管理后护理人员感染理论知识、感染防护意识、感染防护能力、护理操作规范、职业暴露处理等自我健康管理评分显著高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后护理人员护理专业及工作、工作量及时间分配、工作环境及资源、管理及人际关系、患者护理等工作压力评分显著低于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后护理人员在职业认同、职业目标、职业态度、职业价值观、职业自我概念等职业认同感评分显著高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化管理模式可显著提高结核科护理人员自我健康管理能力,保障自身工作安全系数,降低心理工作压力,强化职业认同感,更好地促进日常护理工作积极性、能动性和创造性。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of applying humanized management among nurses in tuberculosis department.Methods Twenty-two nursing staff working in the tuberculosis department of Changsha Central Hospital affiliated to South China University were selected from September 2019 to October 2021.They were set as pre-management(September 2019 to September 2020)and post-management(October 2020 to October 2021)according to the time,and the traditional nursing management model was implemented before management and the humanized nursing management model was implemented after management.The self-health management ability,work stress,and professional identity of nursing staff before and after management were compared.Results The self-health management scores of nursing staff's infection theory knowledge,infection protection awareness,infection protection ability,nursing operation specification,and occupational exposure management after management were significantly higher than before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The work stress scores of nursing staff in nursing profession and work,workload and time allocation,work environment and resources,management and interpersonal relationship,and patient care after management were significantly lower than before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,nursing staff scored significantly higher than before management in professional identity,professional goals,professional attitudes,professional values,and professional self-concept,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The humanized management mode can significantly improve the self health management ability of tuberculosis nursing staff,guarantee their own work safety factor,reduce psychological work stress,strengthen the sense of professional identity,and better promote the enthusiasm,motivation and creativity of daily nursing work.
