摘要
目的探究细节管理在神经科病房护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取吉林省神经精神病医院神经科6个疗区病房在2021年1—12月就职的52名护理人员为研究对象,分为观察组(细节管理)和对照组(常规管理),每组26名。对比两组管理效果、管理满意度、综合能力评分、护理差错事件发生及心理弹性改善情况。结果观察组管理效果、管理满意度、综合能力考核评分均较高,且护理差错事件发生率较低、心理弹性改善更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论细节管理在神经科病房护理管理中的应用效果十分显著。
Objective To investigate the effect of detail management in the nursing management of neurology wards.Methods Fifty-two nursing staffs who were employed in six wards of the neurology department of Jilin Neuropsychiatric Hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects and divided into an observation group(detail management)and a control group(conventional management),with 26 nursing staffs in each group.The management effect,management satisfaction,overall competence score,nursing error events and psychological resilience improvement were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group had higher management effect,management satisfaction,comprehensive ability assessment score,and lower incidence of nursing error events and more significant improvement of psychological resilience,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of detail management in the nursing management of neurology wards is very significant.
