强化护理管理对儿科护士工作积极性的影响

摘要 目的针对儿科护士使用强化护理管理模式对其工作积极性产生的影响展开分析与研究。方法以2021年1—12月德惠市人民医院儿科护士20名为研究对象,2021年上半年,医院采取常规护理管理,纳入对照组;2021年下半年,医院采取强化护理管理,纳入研究组,针对两种管理效果展开对照分析。结果对比两组工作积极性,研究组工作冷漠感、情绪疲溃感、个人工作无成就感评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.153、5.104、7.271,P<0.05);对比两组工作压力,研究组时间分配和工作量、管理和人际关系、工作环境和仪器设备、护理专业及工作方面、患者护理评分均较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(t=3.591、5.744、3.523、4.279、4.151,P<0.05);对比两组护理质量评分,研究组护理文书、消毒隔离、专业护理、护理执行规范、护理操作、风险评估评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.834、4.511、4.880、4.501、4.200、5.017,P<0.05);对比两组管理总满意度统计结果,研究组(95.00%)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.906,P<0.05)。结论通过应用强化护理管理,能够显著提升儿科护士工作积极性,对优化护理质量带来很多积极作用,值得推广使用。 Objective To analyze and study the effect of intensive nursing management model on the work motivation of pediatric nurses.Methods From January to December 2021,20 nurses from the Department of Pediatrics of Dehui People's Hospital were studied.In the first half of 2021,the hospital adopted conventional nursing management,and included in the control group;in the second half of 2021,the hospital adopted intensive nursing management,and included in the study group Shardha AAMS,Mahinda WDB.Results Compared the work motivation of the two groups,the study group's sense of work apathy,emotional fatigue,and personal work without achievement scores were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=7.153,5.104,7.271,P<0.05);compared the work pressure of the two groups,the study group's time allocation and workload,management and interpersonal relationships,work environment and instrumentation,nursing profession and work aspects,and patient care scores were all lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.591,5.744,3.523,4.279,4.151,P<0.05);compared the nursing quality scores of the two groups,the study group had higher nursing paperwork,sterilization and isolation,professional nursing care,nursing execution specifications,nursing operations,and risk assessment scores than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.834,4.511,4.880,4.501,4.200,5.017,P<0.05);compared the statistical results of total management satisfaction between the two groups,95.00%of the study group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.906,P<0.05).Conclusion By applying enhanced nursing management,it can significantly enhance the work enthusiasm of pediatric nurses and bring many positive effects on optimizing nursing quality,which is worth promoting the use.
